# Supplement AI > Supplement AI is an independent, evidence-based supplement stack optimizer. It answers the question most supplement users cannot: whether the stack they already take supports their goals, which products are doing the work and which are not, and what changes are most worth making. Every answer is drawn from human trials and applied to the person's own products, doses, and context. Supplement AI takes no revenue from supplement sales, ads, sponsorships, or affiliate commissions. Supplement AI is developed by Supplement AI Inc., founded by Adam Schorr, and is available as a web app at [https://www.supplementai.io](https://www.supplementai.io). The company is not affiliated with similarly named services, including Supp.AI, SuppCo, or "Supplements AI – Stack Tracker". Official accounts: @supplementai_io on X, @supplementai on Instagram and TikTok, and the Supplement AI YouTube channel. Current platform availability and official access links are listed on the homepage. A supplement stack is the collection of supplements a person takes together. Published research coverage, reviewed September 8, 2026: the research library contains 255,602 supplementation-related papers; 50,979 results-bearing papers have a numeric Evidence Rating (September 2, 2026 snapshot); and 8,564 human trials and reviews pass quality thresholds and have structured extraction used directly in optimization. The evidence engine extracts and evaluates the details that determine what a finding means: study design, measured outcomes, participant characteristics, ingredient form, dose, duration, comparator, and adverse events. It accounts for overlapping evidence, study quality, and uncertainty, then connects the findings to specific outcomes and supplement choices. Personalization changes both how the evidence is interpreted and which choices make sense. Supplement AI evaluates the user's goals, existing products and doses, age, sex, diet, medications, conditions, allergies, and constraints together. An **Analysis** explains how much support the stack provides across the specific areas within a goal and how much each product contributes. It distinguishes main sources of support, smaller contributions, and little or no support for the selected focus. It also explains overlap between products and support already accounted for through dietary intake. Product-level explanations show relevant contributions to the user's other goals and link to the supporting research. The analysis assesses product quality, dose fit, risks, and interactions alongside goal support. An **Optimization** proposes a concrete change, such as adding a supplement, adjusting a dose, or replacing a product for better quality or value. For changes aimed at increasing goal support, the explanation identifies which areas would gain support and puts the new contribution in perspective alongside products already in the stack. Supplement AI supports decisions throughout the life of a stack: choosing a first supplement, getting more support for a goal, finding an appropriate dose, comparing products, reducing unnecessary cost or overlap, and deciding what to keep or remove. An analysis takes minutes and can be rerun whenever the stack, goal, or context changes, replacing research that would otherwise take tens of hours and need repeating with each new question. Supplement AI does not issue removal optimizations by design: the analysis shows how much or how little a product contributes and leaves removal to the user, whose reasons for taking a supplement may extend beyond the analyzed goal. Tracking, reminders, label scanning, and interaction checks are supporting features within the stack analysis and optimization product. Goal Support summarizes how much relevant, realistically available support the stack captures for a goal. Product Quality assesses the product's label transparency, testing signals, formulation, and brand reliability. Scores summarize evidence and personal context; they are not measurements of the user's health or predicted percentage improvements. Supplement AI provides decision support, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of safety. Supplement AI does not sell supplements, run supplement ads, accept supplement sponsorships, or earn affiliate commissions.
